SALE OF WEEKS

We are pleased to be able to offer you a choice of week(s) from the list below at a sale price of £115 for any studio apartment or £150 for all other size apartments, until further notice

If you wish to take this opportunity then please proceed and complete the Membership Application form, with full names, for the appropriate week(s) selected enclosing a cheque made payable to “Tenerife Sun Club”.

If you are successful, you will be purchasing your week(s) at a special price only on this basis. For this reason, the sale of the week (s) has not been negotiated upon a normal commercial basis. To ensure that the Club does not breach any of the relevant timeshare legislation, we confirm that your monies will be held for a period of fourteen days before this transaction is completed and a Membership Certificate issued.


Purchase a Week

Fancy a week in the sun every year - why not consider purchasing a week at Tenerife Sun Club.

The Club does not actively market and sell timeshare weeks, the Club is non profit making run for the benefit of its members, and so weeks can be purchased for a very small amount. If you purchase a week, it is yours for life provided the annual management fee is paid. It can be sold, transferred or given to another person and can be left in your will to your beneficiaries.

Purchase a Week for the following amounts

One and a half bed £550.00
Two Bed £600.00
Management fees for 2008 per apartment per week
Studio £164.00
One Bed £181.00
One and a half bed £201.00
Two Bed £218.00

Management fees are subject to an annual increase but any increase is kept to a minimum. The 2007 fees increased by just 2% up to the current 2008 rates, less than the rate of inflation!

Once your membership is confirmed you will receive your membership certificate and a copy of the Constitution which explains how the Club is run together with your rights and responsibilities.

Upgrade of Week(s)

If you wish to upgrade your apartment, the price per week is inclusive of the trustee administration fee is as follows:

From Studio to 1 Bedroom £180.00
1 Bedroon to 1.5 Bedroom £200.00
1.5 Bedroom to 2 Bedroom £240.00

Exchange of Week(s)

If you wish to exchange your current unit for the same type/size on the resort the transfer is £115 per unit per week.

£115.00 per unit per week
